MHC was involved by Port Consultants Rotterdam (PCR) for a terminal scan of a dry bulk import and export terminal. The objective of the study was to identify performance, environmental, layout and institutional bottlenecks and opportunities, assess a market outlook and forecast, perform a high level financial analysis and to develop scenarios for potential future development.
